Investor Services

Two and half decades of experience in handling the records of our own investors have well equipped us to care for the investor services needs of other firms. Typically these companies simply do not wish to deal with the day-to-day hassles of servicing their investors and limited partners. Some firms find it vastly preferable to have Atlantic screen customer inquiries and complaints for them, thereby substantially cutting down on the number of client problems they must handle directly.

Our investor services are offered at reasonable rates, scaled according to the level of services required. In all cases, the services include the maintenance of the investor database, updating this as often as required. Investors can update by phone, letter, fax, or E-mail: .

Atlantic has always maintained a steadfast policy of never selling, leasing, or distributing our investor database. We release information only to individuals or entities who have a direct, authorized need for it, such as an investor’s designated accountant or financial manager. Whether a particular investment requires a few mailings per year or regular quarterly or monthly reporting, our Investor Services Division cares for all correspondence with a practiced eye to detail.

We can also provide annual (or more frequent) site inspections, project monitoring, and other due diligence services that may be dictated by the governing partnership agreement. To assist clients who are involved in the development and management of properties that have received an allocation of low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC), we make available an extensive Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Monitoring Manual.
